MyTribe is a project born from the need to capture the characterization and use of prosthetic makeup as a concept of union. Beyond what we understand by tribe or urban tribes, rescuing the unity and differentiation of the simple majorities through aesthetic elements, transcending commercial beauty.
MyTribe talks about togetherness, friendship, love, and team. Great events have always happened thanks to the union of people and their individual strength.
Makeup has always had a purpose, before correcting undesirable features in search of an impossible canon of beauty: to group people together and differentiate them from the rest. It is a project that talks about the family unity that exists within a group, about how the diversity of a group is what makes it unique and irreplaceable.
How makeup has always been an aesthetic tool that has made it easier for us to find a feeling of community among "ours", and how in the not too distant future, in which prosthetic makeup will be more accessible to the non-professional public, it will continue being it.
