A tension between organic identity and the inevitability of a cyborg future.
For this editorial, GATA collaborated with acclaimed contemporary rope artist, Hajime Kinoko—whose innovative work with “shibari” has changed the art world’s perception of what is possible regarding bondage, sculpture and installation art. The result of which, is a series perfectly encapsulating the dark and warped reality of GATA Magazine.
